Four guided sessions, one intentional journey
Each session builds on the last, creating a comprehensive foundation for your marriage.
This initial session focuses on understanding each partner as an individual and deepening insight into how well you know and understand one another. We explore personal values, emotional needs, boundaries, and family backgrounds, while also looking at the story of your relationship, how it began, how it has grown, and the strengths that have shaped your decision to marry.
This session explores how you function together as a couple in everyday life. We discuss communication styles, how conflict is approached and resolved, emotional regulation, expectations of marriage, roles and responsibilities, finances, lifestyle preferences, and boundaries with extended family.
This session focuses on deepening connection while exploring the future you are building together. We discuss trust and emotional safety, emotional and physical intimacy, sexual expectations, shared values, long-term goals, and conversations around children and parenting.
The final session focuses on preparing for long-term partnership and how to maintain the relationship over time. We explore decision-making, support systems, work–life balance, major life transitions, external pressures, and ways to intentionally nurture and grow the relationship.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. Many couples start pre-marital counselling before an engagement, or even before they’re sure about marriage. It’s a proactive way to explore compatibility, values, communication, and expectations.
Sessions are typically held weekly or every second week. This means the 4-session Essential package usually takes between 4–8 weeks, and the 6-session package between 6–12 weeks, depending on how you’d like the process structured.
Sessions are available both online and in person. In-person sessions are offered in Sandton and Modderfontein, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for your schedule and location.
Yes. Many couples begin with the package and decide along the way whether they’d like additional sessions. You can always extend the process if you feel you’d benefit from more time and depth.
